The Custom Villa is a from-scratch design process. We start with your site, your climate and your local codes, then draw a layout around how you actually want to live: verandas, multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, a pool deck, whatever the site calls for.
Pricing runs $1,200 to $1,500 per square metre, delivered turnkey. The range reflects how much a design can vary once you start adding rooms, roof complexity and custom joinery; we give you a fixed number once the drawings are settled, before you commit to anything.
Like every villa we build, it's hand-assembled once in our Bali workshop before it ships, photographed, then taken apart, shipped and raised again on your land exactly as drawn.
How pricing works
