Project 369 is a private retreat in Uvita built around two prefab units of 300 square meters each, plus three single-bedroom bungalows. The plan also includes shared spaces: a restaurant and dedicated ceremony areas.
We were involved from the concept stage through construction and delivery, designing and producing the prefab structures ourselves. Beyond the buildings, we supplied several containers of custom furniture, Decra roofing, pool tiles, decking and flooring.
It's currently under construction, and one of the larger private retreat builds we've taken on in Uvita.
