This two-bedroom antique wooden villa on Southern Kai is the first project of its kind in the region: an existing antique structure refurbished and adapted for a beachfront site, rather than built new.
We handled the structural work and custom modifications needed to adapt the villa for its site, while keeping its original antique character intact.
